The Ministry of Science and Technology Taiwan Center for Global Affairs and Science Engagement (MOST GASE) is a mandate office to foster international cooperation and partnership in science & technology.
The 2021 GTI program focus on the topics of Green Technology (Sustainability) and Biotechnology (Smart Healthcare). hoping that by sharing the pioneering technology achievements with aspiring talents they could bring out more ideas to inspire the next generation of tech leaders, and for them to work together for a more efficient and sustainable future.
The program offers participants lab and corporate internships, featured speeches, corporate visits, and language & cultural experiences etc, with tuition fee provided by MOST GASE.
Eligibility:
- Students currently enrolled in graduate school (Master and PhD students)
- University students (third year or above) with research experience
- Language Proficiency: We recommend you to at least have an English proficiency level of CEFR B2 level (equivalent to IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL iBT 72) in order to communicate smoothly with your supervisor
- Passport holders of People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, or Macau (including dual citizenship) are NOT eligible to apply
- Current degree seeking students, exchange and visiting students in Taiwanese educational institutions are NOT eligible to apply
- People who have household registration(戶籍) in Taiwan (Republic of China) are NOT eligible to apply
